The design of this 14th floor apartment evolved from the young at heart clients need to accommodate a lifetime in 1850 sq.ft. They both welcomed the minimalist color palette of white and grey contrasted by a young pine wood and finished with a metallic champagne luster on the supporting metal framework. The key element - the entrance foyer unit that integrates a shoe storage unit, a set of pine drawers and a coat closet into one cubist configuration. The same unit houses the crockery storage on its rear side. Floating pine wood frames add perspective and lead the eye to a set of French doors to the balcony and beyond.
The living room has a comfortable couch and a TV unit with storage below. Two much loved antique chairs and a customized wood mosaic Pooja unit complete the contemporary setting where a mix of new and familiar furniture sit comfortably in this space.
The custom made stone dining table rests on the crockery unit and is paired with a bench to cater to unexpected guests, reflecting the clients hospitable nature.

Master bedroom - soothing tones of white and powder blue create an oasis of calm
Reading nook - A window seat along with a wall mounted bookshelf was added to the very compact master bedroom without contesting the limited space to take advantage of the view. The color palette of white and blue presented a calm and relaxed ambience and the extra storage underneath is always welcome.
The Son’s bedroom has all the requirements - dresser, wardrobe and study housed along a single wall. It’s easy on the eye and doesn’t hinder circulation. Extra care was given to create a compartment to conceal the electrical sockets on the study table.
